Why is a service like “Backscatter” still doing business?

The server on which one of my accounts at site5 resides has recently been re-listed on the hijacking service known as Backscatter. If in fact they are evil, why haven't they in turn been exposed?

1) Go to http://www.countryipblocks.net/ and select Russian federation

2) Select the IP addresses

3) Go to your cpanel function “IP Ban Manager”

4) Enter IPs you wish to block

5) Pat yourself on the back

I’m not sure if there’s a way to mass-enter the IP addies or not, say with a comma after each one.

You might ask one of the helpful live-chat TSP’s for that info.

So am I. I’ve ventured into this ‘stadium’ to begin my public expression of just how sorry this situation has become.

As to tickets? A disgruntled user/customer might express themselves in a manner unbecoming a forum, er, excuse me, the new Q&A area.

Suffice it to say quite a few tickets have been opened in this regard. No resolution as yet. But perhaps I’ve not gone high enough in the Site5 food chain.
