Hi there! In looking at the installation guides for TurboGears, it looks like this requires root access, meaning it would not be possible on a managed service. If you have an unmanaged VPS, however – http://www.site5.com/vps/unmanaged/ – you would certainly be able to do this. The steps on their site seem straightforward enough, and it should not be difficult to do this on a UVPS.
