What do I do after installing WordPress?

I am brand new at this. I just purchased a domain name and hosting at Site 5 and installed WordPress. What do I do now to start building my site? How do I log into my WordPress account?

In regards to how to login to the admin panel for WordPress, I hope this helps…

1) Visit your domain/website in a web browser.
2) Click in the address bar at the top of your browser.
3) Add the following to the end of the address… /wp-admin/
4) Enter your login credentials.
