Can my account be moved from Amsterdam web server to Paris web server?

Thanks for your reply. If I change web server, will I need to change email settings on my email client (e.g. ingoing and outgoing server name + passwords etc)?

You may have to, yes, but only if you are using the server’s hostname as the mail server names. If you see the mail server names set as mail.yourdomain.com, you should not need to change anything.

Absolutely! In Backstage, under the AddOns tab, you will see a link for a location migration request. Simply fill that out, and a member of our migrations team will start the process as soon as possible.
