Twitter feed on Boldly

I have posted a few questions on the forum regarding issues with Boldly theme. I’ve managed to answer most of them on my own as no replies/support were provided by your company. However, I cannot find a solution to the twitter feed issue. The feed is not displaying my tweets. I would appreciate a response and guidance as to how to resolve this issue.

I am sorry to hear of the troubles you are experiencing. As the themes are provided free, and issues are largely development or design related, we are unable to provide support for them. The forums at s5themes.com are in place to provide community support for these, but we cannot provide that support directly – our team may post in these forums periodically, but there is no guarantee of this; it is unofficial, and they are doing so on their own time.

The twitter feed issue, however, is strange – the theme should have very little to do with it, as a twitter feed is a twitter feed, and it should display no matter what. Are you able to get it working in another theme as a test?
