Hello Walt,

There is no timeline for this to be available in WebApps at this time. However, you should be able to manually install this on your site, if you wish.

Let me 2nd the request/question by another user you responded to on Nov 18. Magento 2.0 requires MySQL 5.6 to run. Found that out today when I attempted to install Magento 2.0.
