Any chance of at least getting a target date for completion of site copy?

I have a ticket open now for 24 hours and was hoping to work over the weekend on my site…looks like it’s not going to happen. Could I at least get a target date for when my site copy (from a site5 service to another site5 service) will be done? Maybe I was naive in thinking this was a pretty simply task, didn’t know it would take this long. Ticket id is STXD-16291 if you want to see it. Thanks!!

Hi Chris,

There’s a bit of a delay in the migrations department right now. We usually try to get all migrations done in 24 hours or less.

In the meantime, you can continue working on your site as you normally would. When the site copy/migration starts, we’ll send you a quick email advising you to stop making changes at that time.

Anything you do prior to that email will get copied over to the new account, so you can continue working on it 🙂
