I wanted to know the terms under which I am covered in the event that my websites on my VPS goes offline. I have cloud flare setup for a couple sites is that going to provide further redundancy for keeping my sites online. I use drupal.

Hello,

We monitor your VPS status 24/7, and we are alerted to any issues that pop up almost immediately. If your VPS crashes, we will immediatey begin the process of bringing it back online for you, and send you an email letting you know, as well as letting you know the results of our preliminary investigation. As well as monitoring whether or not the VPS is responding, we monitor each key service – Apache, Exim, MySQL, etc…. If any of these fail, we take steps to bring them back up as well.
