I’m made my website as a template for a class, but I’d like to redo it all. In the mean time, I’d like to display some sort of “under construction” page, but I can’t figure out how to do it through dreamweaver. Does site5 have such a tool?

There are a few ways to do this, but the simplest is to rename your index file to something else – index-dev.html for example – and create a new one with your “Under Contruction” message.

WordPress has some maintenance plugin. that helps you for your work.
