We would like to create a hosting account for a domain currently in use on another hosting account that will eventually be pointed to this new account. What is the correct process to achieve this?

Hi there,

If the two are on shared hosting, our team will need to manually help set this up – a ticket with our support team can get this done pretty easily. If one is on a VPS and one on shared, you can simply create the new account and ask us to migrate the data.
