For domains transferred to Site5, or registered with Site5, is there a facility of auto renewal when they expire (with automatic charge of my credit card)?

I am not really answering my question. I am just “enriching” it.

There seems that an “Auto Renew” option does exist in the Backstage Panel, but does it really work?

Mine had a “Yes” state, though no credit card info was given to or kept by Site5.

What would happen on the domain expiration date if Site5 does not have my credit card information, or if such information expires by then?
