We run backups on all of our services nightly (excluding VPS services unless you are subscribed to our backup solution). While we can’t guarantee backups will be available, we will make every attempt to retrieve any lost data.
In addition, each datacenter has its own policy on how to handle different disaster situations. For more information regarding these plans, please open a ticket with our support department.
