It is normally because a large amount of emails coming out of your account had been reported as spam.
This can sometimes happen if your website system (e.g. WordPress, Joomla, etc) has become compromised allowing your hosting account to act as a hub for spammers to send bulk emails out.
If your account was suspended, you would have a ticket opened automatically by our support team regarding the subject.
Because this could affect the reputation of the entire server and could cause issues for our other clients, it is our responsibility to take action immediately. This is why we disable accounts producing spam as quickly as possible.
