I am working on a new Joomla project and I was wondering what the best version is for me to use.

While you can use just about any version of Joomla on our hosting services, we highly recommend that you use at least version 2.5+.

The reason is, version 1.x is now considered “end of life” and is no longer supported by Joomla.
