In addition to the primary FTP account that is automatically setup when your service becomes active, you have the ability to add additional FTP accounts that can be linked to either the whole account, or to specific directories.

Once you have an extra FTP account created, you will need to use the following format for the username when trying to login via a FTP client. [email protected]
Username would be the username you picked when created the FTP account and example.com would be your domain name.
