Are my resource usage points combined for each service I have, or is it account based?

Resource usage points are on a per service bases. For example, if you have a reseller service with a limit of 1,000 points and 2 of your 5 sub-accounts (or clients) have a combined usage of 800 points that would only leave you 200 points for your other 3 clients combined.
