Can I wipe my whole account and start fresh?

I would like to delete everything on my account and start over fresh. How do I go about doing this?

We can reset your account so that it’s the same as the day you ordered the service. Simply open a ticket with our support team to request this.

Please keep in mind that this will remove all data attached to your account including files, emails and databases.
