No! When we migrate from one server to another, we make a full cPanel backup. This includes all your files, emails, logs, etc.
If you are referring to migrating your sites from another host, we make every attempt to move everything. If your old host has cPanel, we use the built in cPanel backups to ensure that we get everything. If they do not have cPanel, normally the only thing we can’t move is emails. Either way we will let you know of any issues we run into.
