This can happen when FileZilla is in the process of uploading or downloading files because FileZilla, by default, will open lots of different connections to help “speed” the process up. This does not actually help with the upload/download speed because of the way our servers are configured.
The actual error happens because as part of our security setup, we don’t allow too many connections from one single internet connection. We do this to help with server performance, network bottlenecks, and to help prevent denial of service attacks.
