Why is the domain I registered with Site5 not showing up in SiteAdmin?

I just ordered a domain through Backstage, but it did not get added to SiteAdmin. Why?

We do not automatically add new domains to your SiteAdmin account as this could cause issues if you have multiple accounts or if you have other plans for the domain.

However, you can easily add the new domain to your account by vising your control panel (SiteAdmin, MultiAdmin, cPanel or WHM) and adding the domain there.
