What is an EPP code?

[476 Blue Star Level]

I just saw the term EPP code, and I don’t know what it means.

EPP stands for Extensible Provisioning Protocol. It is used when transferring domain names from one registrar to another. It is also sometimes known as an authorization code or a transfer secret.
