My email client can’t send outbound messages, what can I do?

[476 Blue Star Level]

I am having a hard time getting Outlook to send emails out. What should I do?

Answer #1

This is normally caused when SMTP authentication is not enabled in your email client. Depending on what email client you are using, this is normally found under the “accounts” or “settings” section of your client. For more information on how to find where the SMTP authentication is set, please see the following link…

Pick your client (if it’s in the list) and skip to the section about SMTP authentication. If you are still having problems, please feel free to contact our support team. We will be more than happy to help!
