Once I move over to Google Apps, can I delete my email accounts hosted with Site5?

You sure can! However, if you were using our email services prior to using Google Apps, you will want to make sure that you have moved/saved any emails you received while using our services. Otherwise, you risk losing emails you received before moving to Google Apps.
Google has a tool that may help you if you have not yet moved your old emails over to them. For more information, please see the following link:
