I have set my email settings correctly, incoming and outgoing server settings etc
and can send email which is recieved fine, but im not getting any emails back?

this is an error from my gmail replying to an email from my domain

Like the error says, the domain is invalid.

point-of-contact.co.uk points emails to mx.point-of-contact.co.uk.a.emailconfig.com which doesn’t exist.

If your email is hosted at site5 then the MX record should just be “point-of-contact.co.uk.” (with the final dot, not the quotes.)
