You can use the same credentials that you use for your primary FTP account. If you are unsure of what the credentials are, you can find the information in the SiteAdmin welcome email you received when you first setup your account.
If you are not able to find the welcome email, or it is still not working, please feel free to contact our support team by opening a ticket though Backstage
