What is the process of migrating a domain that is hosted on Site5 to another account on Site5?

The other Site5 account has the domain registration under their control but we want to migrate the, lets say "data" to his control? Thought I would ask on here before opening a ticket. Thanks!

Will be interesting to hear your report back on what you find.. The first thing that came to my mind is what Giovanni Madari had mentioned. Those spammers will suck as much bandwidth as they can. Which is interesting, you would think they would throttle their efforts to remain undetected. Ive had experience with compromised sites and the data analytics are always off the charts.

Over the years working with different hosting companies, Site5 has always been a standout when it comes to customer and technical support. Perhaps you sent a support ticket during a time of influx, as joliver had mentioned? I think that joliver pretty much summed it up but I had to chime in as Site5 really stands out in my mind in regards to support tickets wait times.

If I understand you correctly. You wish to be removed from any communication received from these Q&A forums? Good to hear that there are some people out there that does not just impulsively hit the “Spam” button!

I myself have not learned how to do this but I imagine that you should take this up with Support from your Site5 account. They would be able to assist you!

If I understand you correctly, you want to create an e-mail address even though you have not built your site?

Its really simple and Site5 user’s interface makes this a breeze!

>Login to your account.
>On the top right hand corner, you will see “Site Admin”. You will want to click on the website you are trying to create the e-mail account for. It will take you to your sites Dashboard.
>Now look to the left hand column. The fourth section down you will find “Email”. Click it!
>Then the section witll open sub-sections. Click on Email Accounts
>Ensure you are setting up the e-mail for the right account. Enter in your desired name (ie: [email protected]) Password, set desired storage limit.
>Then click Create! Thats it!

All of the other tools you may need (webmail, forwarders etc etc) are right there in that Email category. Hope that helps!

I ended up tracing the problem with my DNS settings. I mentioned in my question that I use a CDN which means my sites name-server and dns is manged by my CDN. after adding a A record and CNAME record this fixed the problem!
